At one time we had a very large kitty. Our yard was his domain. One day I looked out and he was sitting in the stern of our dingy, which we had been prepping for the summer. I couldn’t help think of the Edward Lear poem “The Owl and the Pussycat.”
The Owl and the Pussy-Cat went to sea
In a beautiful pea-green boat:
They took some honey,
and plenty of money
Wrapped up in a five-pound note.
